Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your order on the same day, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or handed over to the courier.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may request a return or exchange after receiving the product according to our return and exchange conditions.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees related to the exchange request.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the original price of the item when applicable.

To proceed with a return or exchange request:

  • A picture of the returned or exchanged item must be sent to confirm that the product is in its original condition with no damage, defect, or signs of use.
  • A picture of the returned or exchanged item must also be sent while it is sealed and properly packed before being handed over to the shipping company.
  • If the item is not sealed or properly packed, the shipping company may reject the shipment.

Product Inspection

In the event of a return or exchange, Royal Room will receive the product and conduct an inspection within 5 working days.

This inspection will be carried out by our Quality Department to ensure that the product complies with our return and exchange policy.

Once the return is approved, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer after deducting any applicable shipping costs.


Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

A 3% handling fee applies to cancelled orders paid by credit card.

If your product matches the return or exchange conditions mentioned above, please contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us.

Please note that if the returned product does not match the conditions above, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.


After-Sales Approval

After approval by our After-Sales Department, you may proceed with one of the following options:

Exchange your order with another Royal Room product.

Receive a refund through the approved refund method.
